Delivery & Returns


Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an email once your order has been dispatched to you. We will deliver your goods to the delivery address you give us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided us with the correct email address and that there will be someone there to take delivery and sign for the goods, at which point the goods are your responsibility and we will not be held liable for any loss or destruction.

Delivery times and dates are given as guidance, we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


If you wish to cancel or change your order please notify us within 3 working days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in their original condition. We recommend sending the item(s) back to us using a secure service that requires a signature and provides a receipt with proof of postage, as the goods will be your responsibility until they reach us.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

 Made to order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
